Add a-20-20 eye exercises of looking away from the screen every 20 minutes to rest our eyes. It is said to be helpful to set your eyes on something at least 20 feet away every 20 minutes for 20 seconds to reduce digital eye strain. But how many of us, intentionally do something for our mental health?a
Add a Check In
When doing any physical exercises, ask yourself these three questions:
How am I feeling today?
What contributed to me feeling this way today?
When was the last time I spoke to someone about non-work related things in my life?
While these things won't give your life a makeover, they are helpful questions that may encourage you to seek help before a crisis hits. It's been a tough time for most, give yourself a break and check in with your mental health.
